We believe customers should receive direct and clear information about their fragrance, cosmetics and beauty product purchases. We strive to inform our customers about the purchase process from the moment of checking out until the arrival of the purchased order. Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation informing you that we have received your order.
To view the status of your order, you may sign in to your account and click the Order History tab. Click the Order Number and you will see the current status of your order.
Your order may have the following status:
Received: This means that you have successfully placed an order and our system has received it.
Processed: This means that we have checked your Order Form and have prepared your purchases for shipping.
On-Hold: There are two reasons why your order may be put on hold:
1) One or several of the items you purchased may not currently be readily available in our e-shelf and we need to acquire the products from our warehouse; please allow 24-48 hours more for your order to fully process.
2) There may be problems or technical issues concerning your payment. Please confirm that all of your payment information was entered correctly. Double check the billing address, credit card number, and credit card expiration date. Also check with your bank to confirm that the proper amount of funds were made available for your order.
Shipped: Your order has been transferred to our carrier and has been shipped. A tracking number will be provided once the package has been shipped. Please allow up to 1-2 business days for your tracking number to be uploaded into the system.
Delivered: Delivery is successful and you have accepted the delivered package from the shipping carrier. If you receive this notification and have not received your package, please do not delay in contacting us so we may coordinate an investigation with our shipping carrier as to the location of your order.
In the unlikely event that an item ordered is not available, you will be contacted by our customer care representative so you can amend the order. After the necessary modifications, your order will then be processed again and will be prepared for shipping.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email informing you of the shipping confirmation and the tracking number. Please make sure that you enter your updated and correct email address in your Account page to ensure that notifications will be received via email.
We regularly update our database to provide you with up-to-date logistics information.
Perfumiya will do the best job possible to make sure that you receive your order promptly and safely. To completely avoid delays, please make sure that you specify the correct billing address for your credit card and your current shipping address.
Please be aware that due to safety regulations concerning the shipment of liquids, orders requiring delivery overseas will take longer than standard mail.
To insure shipment during any busy Holiday season, please place your order 10 days before a major Holiday, to combat delays from weather conditions, traffic, and overburdened shipping departments.
In the unlikely event that the tracking information of your order has not been updated or there seems to be an error with the tracking number, please feel free to contact us. Be sure to include your customer account number and order number in your email.
