We believe customers should receive direct and clear information of places perfume, fragrances, cosmetics and beauty product purchases. We strive to inform our customer about the purchase process from the minute of checking out till the arrival of the purchased order. Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation to inform you that we have received your order.
To view the status of your order, sign in to your account and click the Order History tab. Click the Order Number and you will see the current status of your order.
Your order may have the following status:
Received: This means that you have successfully placed an order and our system has received it.
Processed: This means that we have checked your Order Form and has prepared your purchases for shipping.
On-Hold: There are two reasons why your order will be put on hold:
1.) one or some of the items you purchased may not be readily available in our e-shelf and we need to acquire the products from our warehouse; please allot 24-48 hours more for us to process your orders.
2.) there may be problems/issues concerning payment.
Shipped: Your order has been transferred to our carrier and has been shipped. A tracking number will be provided once the package has been shipped.
Delivered: Delivery is successful and you have accepted the delivered package.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email informing you of the shipping confirmation and the tracking number. Make sure that you enter your updated and correct email address in your Account page to ensure that notifications will be received through email.
We regularly update our database to provide you with up-to-date logistics information.
In the unlikely event that the tracking information of your order has not been updated or there seems to be an error with the tracking number, please feel free to contact us. Be sure to include your customer account number and order number in your email.
