Shipping rates vary and will depend on the volume and weight of orders, the destination, and the delivery speed you required.
Freight costs will always be shouldered by the buyer. Perfumiya can also accommodate requests to use a wholesale customer’s own freight carrier account if that would provide more savings and convenience on the customer’s part.
All retail orders will be shipped within 48 hours after placement of order. Wholesale orders will be shipped as soon as quality and delivery inspection are completed.
Retail and wholesale orders from Perfumiya are carefully inspected before shipping. All items are packed using Perfumiya’s high quality packaging. Fillers such as loosefill peanuts, air-cellular cushioning materials, and crumpled papers may be used to provide necessary cushioning to prevent movement inside the box. Perfumiya will ensure that all fragile items in your order will be wrapped properly to prevent breakage and damage during shipping.
Wholesale orders are packed using heavy duty boxes that can certainly hold high volume and weight. Perfumiya guarantees that their packaging methods for wholesale purchases will provide ample protection to keep your all items intact, complete, and damage-free.
Orders that will be sent as gifts may be gift-wrapped for a minimal fee. The customer’s personal message may be included and will be printed on a 3.5” x 2” card.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable for unclaimed or returned packages unless there is an error on our part. Return shipping charges may apply for refused deliveries and unclaimed packages.
Perfumiya will do its best to make sure that you receive your order promptly and safely. To completely avoid delays, please make sure that you specify the correct billing address for your credit card and your current shipping address.
In the unlikely event that an item ordered is not available, you will be contacted by our customer care representative so you can amend the order. After the necessary modifications, your order will then be processed again and will be prepared for shipping.
For Holiday Ordering, we highly recommend that you place your orders at least 10 days before a major holiday to avoid unforeseen holiday delays.
Perfumiya cannot absolutely guarantee shipping times particularly during holiday season and we are also not responsible for delays in transit due to rough weather and circumstances beyond our control. Please take note of our carrier’s published Terms of Service.
Perfumiya’s distrbution facility is open for business from Monday to Friday, from 7:00AM to 3:00PM (EST), excluding declared U.S. holidays and on specific days that we may announce.
